We are seeking an experienced and outstanding individual to help us grow our business. As an employee of Precision Farming Solutions, you will collaborate with all team members to manage the day to day tasks of billing, bookkeeping, inventory management, inside sales, and other office related work. Responsibilities
- Create invoices, enter vendor bills, and help keep our ERP system accurate and updated
- Order, receive, and maintain product inventories
- Inside sales: Assist team members by creating quotes for the systems we sell
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain and clean the office and warehouse areas
Must Have
- College education or past office management experience
- Basic accounting training or experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work alone or as a team
- Experience with ERP and accounting systems
- Willingness to learn new things
Nice to Have
- Customer relations experience, either in a sales role, support role, or receptionist role
- Experience in the agriculture industry, either agronomy or equipment
- Experience with precision ag products or services
- Telephone system experience, using and managing telephone systems.
